1. Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

1.2. Entry is strictly limited to one (1) entry per email address. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different email addresses or aliases will be disqualified.

1.3. Employees, officers, and representatives of the Organiser, including their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The competition opens at 00:01 on Monday 26 October and closes at 23:59 on Friday 13 November (the "Promotional Period").

2.2. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted or accepted.

3. Prize Details

3.1. The prize bundle comprises:

One (1) £200 Gift Voucher, valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Two (2) General Access Tickets for the Wales v Portugal match taking place on 17 November at Cardiff City Stadium.

3.2. Non-Transferability: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold. No cash alternative or credit alternative will be offered in whole or in part.

3.3. Travel & Expenses: The winner is solely responsible for arranging and funding their own travel, parking, accommodation, food, drink, and any additional expenses incurred.

3.4. Ticket Delivery: Match tickets will be delivered electronically via email to the winner's verified email address prior to the fixture.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

4.2. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the competition closing.

4.3. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within [e.g. 48 hours / 3 days] of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner at random.

5. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

5.1. By entering this competition, you consent to being opted in to receive marketing communications and promotions relating to retail and the Official Wales Football Store.

5.2. You may unsubscribe or opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email received.

5.3. All personal data provided will be held and processed securely in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).

6. General

6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries resulting from technical glitches, network downtime, or system failure.
